Amanda’s therapeutic approach involves providing a supporting environment where clients feel safe to explore and grow. Amanda assists her clients in challenging maladaptive thoughts and behaviors while providing encouragement, support, and hope.
Amanda completed her internship in private practice in 2014-2015. She provided individual therapy and co-facilitated a psychoeducational group for teenage girls in Carver County. Amanda received her master’s degree in 2015. She has experience working at a residential treatment facility for adolescents and young adults ages 10-25.
