Helping people through a cognitive behavioral approach based on Albert Ellis’ therapy (attended workshop by Albert Ellis) and a story telling approach based on Milton Erickson’s therapy (attended workshops given by students of Milton Erickson).
Michael believes that each individual has the ability to work through their issues with Michael serving as their therapeutic guide. Helping them to get through life with humor and optimism.
Michael has over 35 years of experience helping people resolve their issues; he has worked as a county social worker, worked in a CD facility, in a psychiatric hospital, in an intensive residential facility and a variety of outpatient settings.
