Providing therapy to persons with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self esteem, grief/loss issues and family of origin issues.
Children, adolescents, individuals and couples – using an eclectic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation, mindfulness, mind-body connections, relational therapy and motivational interviewing.
The therapeutic process involves the internal work of addressing our ambivalence and facing reality. It is human nature to avoid our problems until a crisis occurs in our lives. The therapist and the client are “fellow travelers” in the client’s journey toward a more satisfying life. A safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment is an essential part of therapy.
