- Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
Therapeutic Focus
Elizabeth works primarily with adults, supporting individuals through emotional challenges and life transitions. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Attachment-Based Therapy to foster emotional insight and relational growth.

Elizabeth’s clinical practice is rooted in warmth, empowerment, and evidence-based strategies. She equips clients with practical tools for self-understanding and change, viewing growth as a lifelong journey. Guided by the belief that knowledge fosters healing, she values empathetic collaboration as a path toward resilience.
