Therapeutic Focus
Beth has experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and concerns related to self-esteem. She also supports clients experiencing grief and loss, bullying, and school-related challenges.
Competencies
Beth uses a systemic approach. Beth meets clients where they are and uses various approaches including: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solutions Focused, Narrative, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Beth believes meaningful change begins with a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. She strives to build a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in trust, empathy, and respect, creating a space where clients feel heard and understood. Beth’s approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, integrating evidence-based practices while tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs.
History
Beth has experience providing care across community agencies, school-based programs, private practice, medical settings, and in-home services. In her free time, Beth loves spending time with her family, walking, crafting, cooking and traveling. Beth is married with two children and a dog. Beth joined The Jonas Center in 2026.
